The GET.onE app

The GET System proposes an integrated solution for energy efficiency and seismic safety renovation of buildings, providing customized solutions. The aim is to combine the selected innovative energy and environmental technologies in the specific architectural design of each case study taking into account users’ satisfaction such as professionals, construction companies, real estate developers and major direct stakeholders like home-owners, tenants, building quality, aesthetics, and internal functionality.

For that purpose, we created the GET.onE app. It is promoted the development of a tool (an application/web site) that will translate the design process into a common practice and will be user friendly. The idea is to communicate the possible façade transformations to the inhabitants and let them interact with the various options, controlling the results without imposing the choice, leaving the users free to decide. These solutions will be also connected with energy performance indicators, economic payback projections, material-colour variations and possible suppliers.

The studied solutions are in line with the idea of enabling the conditions to create attractive, self-financing schemes to support deep renovation actions; in this framework, the GET system represents a possible standardized solution with a highly replicable strategy also for the Mediterranean and seismic countries
